Life-Stile: Challenges. Life is full of challenges, but if you need to change some of your annoying life-style habits, you have to tackle and eliminate the easy ones first, before you take on the bigger problems in your life…

Life-Style: Control. To help you take true control of your life-style, take note of the actions, habits and problems you encounter and with determination and purpose you can succeed and move forward with control.

Life-Style: Positivity: Some people have a positive outlook on life and others appear to have a negative attitude. Being positive is good for your overall health and wellbeing, whereas negativity, can cause, unnecessary worry and fear.

Life-Style: Acceptance.  Do you see yourself as perfect, or do you feel as though you are a total mess?  Well, however you see yourself, with grit and determination you can usually change, but be kind to yourself and learn to accept the things about yourself that you cannot change.

Life-Style:  Self-Aware:  If you find self-awareness difficult, ask someone who you trust and are close to, what they think of you as a person, too easy-going? Too quick to anger or a faultfinder? Once you know, there are ways you can change if you so desire.

Life-Style:  I aim to explore the value of ‘life-style’ or, how to find true and satisfying happiness in life. Things are not guaranteed always to go to plan, but there is no harm in trying, and it could make your passage through life more content.
