So, what about fear\u2026 Being afraid is horrendous, there is little emotion more scary to any of us than being afraid. When you are afraid, you just want to hide away in a corner, curl up in the dark and be left alone, you just want to cover our head, close your eyes and hope that what you are afraid of goes away\u2026 However, on the positive side, fear is what keeps you safe, fear is what keeps you alive, without fear you wouldn\u2019t last very long in this world. Don\u2019t believe me? Well, just watch a young child who has just learned to walk, full of life, super inquisitive, no fear! That young child would touch electric plugs, put its hand in fire, acid, grab knives, scissors, eat anything, climb on anything, crawl up anywhere, no fear of falling! NO Fear at all! But then, that is what you, the adult is there for, you have the fear for that child\u2019s safety.\u00a0 So, why have you not started to reset your life, is it because you are afraid that things could go horribly wrong?\u00a0 To help you along, instead of being afraid, look upon \u2018fear\u2019 as a blessing. To check this out, just jot down in your notebook all the things you would like to do, see and accomplish\u2026 Anything, whatever you like. Jump out of a plane, Bunjee jump off a cliff, climb a high mountain, run the rapids, drive a car at 120ph. Then when you have completed your long list of the things you would like to do, then you can go through them and laugh, as you put a line through the things that you find would be dangerous and life-threatening, actions and sports that could kill you. Of course, there is nothing you couldn\u2019t do if you wanted to, but the dangerous items on your list, could take months even years of training and practice before you could embark on these actions. So, again I say, there is nothing you cannot do if you want to, don\u2019t let fear hold you back, but be ever mindful that you need to be careful and not take unnecessary chances with your life, let fear be your friend, not your enemy. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
