Change your bad habits by improving your lifestyle

Purify: Lifestyle:

The body has to cope with multiple toxins, viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites on a continual basis, 24/7 and it does so with great skill and success, however, if the body becomes overloaded with these toxins, etc. then gradually the bodywork breaks down and we become sick. So how do we help our body to cope with all these nasties? Well, if you have been feeling down, under-the-weather, depressed, headaches, tired, lifeless, etc. it’s probably because you are overloaded with unnecessary toxins, and to counteract these draining feelings you may need to change your lifestyle somewhat by eating better, drinking better and taking more exercise. Drink more water, and limit your alcohol intake. Get more Sleep, proper bedrest, as opposed to dozing off in the armchair, a good night’s sleep energises the brain and gives your body time to do its work. Eat more anti-oxidant food such as vegetables, salads, and fruit, and limit your intake of fish, red-meat, and milk, as these items are full of bad toxins as a result of their source, so look for alternatives. Eat small amounts of white meat, and sustainable, wild fish. And you can change your usual milk to soy, oat, and grain alternatives. Ditch takeaways, ready-made foods, and processed foods, as most of which are heavily laden with salt, sugars, and toxins. Eating whole food, organic food, and food you make yourself, is far more healthier and filling than the stuff you consume on the run. Avoid overeating, although your body can cope on odd occasions. Avoid taking a lot of over-the-counter vitamins, minerals, and suchlike, as you can get all you need from three good, healthy meals a day, and saves you money also. Give up or cut down drastically on Smoking, and vaping isn’t much better for you, tobacco can have a devastating effect on your lungs. And finally, Exercise, exercise, exercise… there is nothing better and more supportive to your body than exercise. You do not have to go mad, just gentle, regular exercise not only keeps you fit, active, and slim by using up excess calories but it helps eliminate lots of those nasty toxins that are making you feel older than you really are. Your amazing body has a brilliant way of getting rid of toxins, through the kidneys, skin, liver, digestive and lymph systems, and lungs, but it can only do a great job if these organs are healthy and free for unwanted toxins… And that is down to YOU!
