Awareness for You: 

I do hope you enjoyed my -week course on Purifying your body, now for the next 12 weeks I am going to concentrate on the practice of ‘Awareness’. Articles that will help you to become more aware of what is happening to your body, what you are doing and what is going on around you. Awareness is a mind tool that helps to improve your intellect, and perceptive ability, it can help reduces stress, depression and anxiety problems, and can help with pain management; it can help reduce sleep problems, and can increase your sense of overall well-being. To help you focus on heightening your sense of ‘awareness’ you need to slow down, become more relaxed and look inwards to your own ability to manage your mind and thinking. To help you calm down and become focused you may need to do something that will take away some of the stress you may be feeling at this moment. You could concentrate on the food you eat… You may find peace by going for a long walk every day. Listening to music, artwork, craftwork, anything that helps you forget any stress or problems you are having or perhaps, over-reacting too.  Being mindful helps improve your quality of life, reduces fatigue and slows down brain aging…  And watch out for my twelve-week course on purify that you can download all in one go soon.  All good for you and your health.
