Awareness Tips.

Awareness:  Being aware of something, anything is to be conscious of the fact of what is going on around you and where you are in any situation. Being aware means that you can control what is going on in your mind, even if you cannot control the outcome of the situation.

Awareness: or Consciousness is a mind tool that helps to improve your intellect, and perceptive ability, it can help reduces stress, depression and anxiety problems. So, set your mind at rest… With the Wishes Studio.

Awareness: Wellbeing: For us to improve our life, health, and mental wellbeing, we need to take control of our thinking and take time out to become aware of ways in which we can achieve that status. Be kind, be generous, be thoughtful, but be AWARE! Avoid being fooled, think before you act, and be careful…

Awareness: Brain Health: Brain health is of the utmost importance, and to keep your brain in tip-top condition you need to Use it! So, keep thinking! But to be in control, try focusing on something beautiful like crystals or a flickering candle.

Awareness: Mental fatigue, can lead to long-lasting tiredness, sore, aching muscles, slow reflexes, and poor decision-making. Try to find time in the day when you can relax and become aware of your breathing, exercise slowly, be in the ‘moment’ and just enjoy…

Awareness: Sleep:  Have you ever wondered why you regularly fall asleep in front of the television yet when you get into bed you feel wide awake and find it difficult to go back to sleep? if its just a case of an over active mind, you can try relaxation, or deep breathing.

Awareness: Stress: Everyday stress is not bad as it helps us complete tasks that need to be finished. After which our stress subsides and we can get on with our lives. Its long-term stress that puts our physical and mental health in danger. So, seek help – fast!

Awareness: Exercise: There is nothing quite like the type of exercise you do when you are fully aware of the movements, feelings, and the sensations you experience when you are performing the actions. Even the exercise of sitting still is excellent for your mental wellbeing.

Awareness: Relationships:  Awareness, especially self-awareness is crucial if you are to have and enjoy happy relationships. As children, we really do not know ourselves at all, we are not aware of anything apart from our natural feelings. But as we grow up, we must be willing to become truly mindful of problems that arise.

Awareness: Depression:  Depression isn’t just a feeling of misery and sadness now and again; clinical depression is persistent and can last for months. If you are in this emotional situation, please see your GP or health advisor as, with prescribed medication you may be able to turn your life around, for there is always hope. 

Awareness: Anxiety: Anxiety is a psychological condition that has many different symptoms, the most common being nervousness and abnormal amounts of fear. Fear itself is good because it alerts us to impending dangers, but being calm and aware is paramount to coping with anxiety.

Awareness:  Pain:  Pain is a very unusual physical and mental sensation. Pain also comes in multiple levels, even so, there is still no way (yet) to scientifically measure pain, as everyone feels pain at different levels. Only through the brain, and by being aware can you manage pain.
