Anxiety influences the mind to exaggerate everything. So, being calm and aware is paramount to coping with anxiety. We all suffer with anxiety from time to time, but most people are fortunate enough to be able to handle it. Try to create a peaceful, home environment where there is less, to worry about. Dispose of all the items in your ‘space’ that you don’t need. Never hoard or over collect. Have enough space around yourself so that you can sit, lie or be still unimpeded. Close your eyes and sooth your mind. The power of the wood dragon should be able to help you focus, coupled with its strong determination and stability, your anxiety should gradually become manageable.
