Life-reset: Self-analysis.

Self-analysis: Over the last five uploads I have been asking you if you want a more exciting life.  I have asked you to take a good look at your present existence, to see if you can make your life better than it already is. However, before you can act on any of your thoughts on change, you really have to take a deep and honest look at yourself. In the very first article I asked you to take a look at the life you are living to see if you can improve it, but here are am suggesting that you look, not at your life-style, but at yourself… How much do you know about yourself, your attitudes, your feelings, your impulses, are you self-aware?  Jot down in your little note-book what you think you are like. Are you quick to anger, are you easy-going, do you worry too much, do you stop to think before you act, are you thoughtful, are you mean, do you put others before yourself, are you a free-spirit?  Try to be as truthful as you can, then when you are happy with your self-analysis, ask a close friend to go over your thoughts with you, avoid asking a close relative as they are more likely boost your good points and water-down your poor points, what you need is an honest opinion from someone you trust and like. Then once you think you know what you are really like, you can get to work on becoming more of the person you would like to be and in doing so you are more likely to achieve the goals in life that you wish for…
