Body-Com.

Body-Com:  Blood Pressure. Is hard to read, via your body chat, so it’s best to get regular checkups with your health advisor or GP. Bad blood pressure is not always obvious to you but can be dangerous if too high or too low.

Body-Com: Depression. Your body will certainly alert you to depression and it’s advisable to seek help from your professional health advisor if your low mood and unhappiness lasts longer that two to three weeks.

Body-Com: Stress, plays havoc with your body and mind, but if you listen to the warnings that your body gives out, then you can start to tackle the problem sooner rather than later, through gentle exercise and mindfulness.

Body-Com. Food. If your body is in need of food, it will quickly let you know, by giving your brain specific signals such as stomach cramps, irritability, shakiness, lack of energy and headaches

Body-Com: Water. Is an essential element to your health and wellbeing, so when your body askes or reminds you to take a break and have a drink of water, be sure to obey, for it can only do you good.

Body-Com: Intro. Your body communicates with you all the time, from the simplest of problems like hunger and thirst, to the most worrying problems like sickness and fear, so listen intently to what it is saying.
