The body is the most amazing piece of mechanism ever, and we really have to go to extreme lengths in order to break it down. But that is exactly what we do day in and day out, we stuff all kinds of toxins, chemicals, bacteria, and poisons into it on a daily basis… However, our amazing body has six dynamic organs that work 24-7 in order to keep the body working efficiently, trying to keep it as pure as possible, those six organs are the Skin, Kidneys, Liver, Intestines, Lungs, and the Lymphatic system. The Skin: The skin is the largest organ of the body and the first line of defence, as it can keep out all kinds of bacteria and has the ability to block dangerous chemicals. Sweating also helps to eliminate unwanted and dangerous materials. The Kidneys: have lots of work regulating your fluid intake, it also filters your blood and helps with blood pressure. They also help get rid of excess fluid, medications, and other chemicals through your urine. The Liver: is amazing, it filters your blood, and eliminates toxins from food, medication, and unwanted hormones, it also sorts through and passes on the nutrients the body needs and sends the rest away as waste. The Intestines: The intestinal system is what converts your food into wanted and unwanted materials, it digests your food, breakings down the nutrients, while eliminating unwanted toxins, that which is sent to your small intestines ready to be passed out. The Lungs: The lungs are busy day and night removing toxins mainly in the form of dangerous gasses and phlegm. The joy of lungs is that you never have to replace the filters. The Lymphatics system: There are dozens of fluid-filled nodes sited around the body, glands and organs that cleanse toxins and helps protect us from other unwanted attackers. So, there you are… We all have this amazing, mind-blowing system quietly working away day and night, working from the moment we take our first breath until the day we take our last, therefore, why not give our amazing body a bit of daily help along the way, it might stay a bit more efficient for just a little bit longer.
