From the moment a baby is born toxins begin to invade its body, and it has been scientifically proven that a baby is fighting toxic materials even in the womb. From the research I have done it seems to suggest that toxins are just a natural part of the body’s chemistry, the natural toxins coming from the body are Endogenous toxins: these are produced inside your body, and many of them are produced from normal living and exercise activities. Carbon dioxide: is a gas we breath in along with our much-needed oxygen, the gas we take in consists of one part carbon to two parts oxygen, the lungs do an amazing job of filtering out the carbon which is a very important gas for the planet as once breathed out of our lungs, plants, trees, and other species take up the carbon and convert it into carbohydrates. Urea: is a crystalline compound which is broken down by the body from waste protein and is passed out through urine. Lactic acid: is produced to help us in numerous ways, it helps us during exercise, it can be used by the brain and heart for energy or it can be changed into glucose by the liver or kidneys and can then be used as energy by almost every cell in our body. All these toxins are either used by the body while any surplus is discarded… The amount of toxins we use is calculated by our metabolism. So simple! If you are very active you use up and rid yourself of a lot of these toxins but if you are less active the body must rid itself of them, they are sorted and moved on by our liver, kidneys, lungs, etc, and is passed out through our toilet movements. Is your urine clear in colour? Is your urine dark? Whatever it is, you will be able to see the amount of toxins the body is getting rid of, the darker the colour the more toxins. Are your stools less than regular and comfortably expelled? Well, your comfort is probably decided by the amount of toxins in your body. All these toxins are produced naturally in the body, but we add many millions more by the food and drinks we ingest, so, without doubt, unless you live a healthy lifestyle, your internal organs are under constant stress.
