All water is of extreme importance to feng shui followers. Inland waterways are very significant to the welfare of people in urban areas but it’s the oceans and seas that are of even more importance to our wonderful planet and in turn – us! For many centuries human beings have encroached on the seas building out from the shore, claiming land in an attempt to hold back the sea but the sea can be turbulent and unbelievably yang, (masculine) and nothing will stand in its way if it so decides. We all must respect our oceans for should they become truly unbalanced the planet and all the marine-life will suffer and in turn – us! Recycle all your waste products in a responsible manner and that may help tons of rubbish from being dumped into our amazing oceans, as every little helps.
