Feng Shui:  Self-Aware.

Do you have a tendency to judge other people and the way they live their lives? Do you get somewhat jealous if a friend gets lucky or acquires something that you would like? Do you get angry too quick? If you look at yourself and do not always like what you see, there are ways you can change. If your self-awareness is heightened, you can take some timeout alone, in peace and quiet to meditate and practice mindfulness. Lie still, warm and comfortable and practice deep breathing and still your mind.
