Chinese geomancy eliminates stress and encourages calm through true balance. Being continually stressed is a slow killer, so how can we tackle being stressed? We can conquer stress by allowing ourselves to be calm. Being calm has many benefits, you do not have to be born with a calm nature it can be learned through taking time out to relax, staying still, slow, purposeful breathing, therapy, meditation, and by looking after your mental health.
