The amazing movement of yoga, tai chi, and the many other forms of Chinese exercise is just wonderful, most of the exercises are done slowly and deliberately, and are excellent forms of movements for the young, mid-age and elderly. Moving out in the open-air is also a good idea, as many feng shui enthusiasts will perform their daily rituals in the garden or their local park. Most of the exercises will be gentle, and purposeful. Also, you could try just sitting still in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and perform a breathing workout, whereby you breath in deeply through your nose, then exhale through your mouth ten times, this can be done three times whilst breathing normally in a relaxed manner in between.
