Most people if they feel unwell will rush straight to over-the-counter medications to help heal their body, however, people who look to feng shui for help will often be able to feel well without taking to drugs. Sleep and relaxation of mind and body is the first essential to wellness, but there are other remedies you can apply to help you. Colours are good for healing, the best being a gentle, grass green. Green is the colour for growth and healing, and blue, will help if you are feverish, as it represents cooling water. Rest or sleep in an area that is cool, and clear of clutter and electronic equipment. And when you feel well enough to rise, eat sparingly, breath purposefully, stay relaxed and rest.
