I truly feel that natural healing is the best and the most rewarding cure for everyday problems, whether it be for the body or the mind, a gentle hand for the body and a soothing voice for any troubles of the mind can work wonders. However, there are many different types of healing methods that you could look into, especially if dealing with someone other than yourself. If you want to explore holistic wellness, there is: Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Naturopathy, Reiki, Meditation, Massage, Homeopathy and many more, but these methods of healing are in-depth techniques, that need a great deal of study before embarking on them, therefore, I will not speak of them now, they are for another series of articles, next year perhaps? Not quite so difficult to become adept at is Colour therapy, Sound therapy, Chrystal healing, Feng Shui, Yoga and many more. Most of these easier health and mental treatments are not considered by many people to be of much use, but if you meet someone who loves colour, crystals, or feng shui, even though they may not be accepted by many as healing methods, it can have a healing effect on some. Colour can be easily recommended and easily used, fresh, healthy, Green plants around you home can make you feel uplifted, Blue can help you feel cool, White gives off a gentle, pure feeling and Red creates a sense of love. Crystal therapy is also easily applied by simply wearing these beautiful gems around your neck, wrists or by placing crystals around your home or workplace. Crystal therapists can identify which stones, or crystals help to stimulate the energy points or chakras, around your body. Sound therapy uses sound, music and singing-bowls, etc., to help create deep self-reflection and comfort. These alternative therapies support and encourage natural healing with not side effects. They aim to complement the body’s natural healing systems, that can lead to better health and a clearer understanding of how the body and mind’s healing systems, come together.
