Everyone’s life is ruled by essentials and necessities. Providing you have real life-essentials such as food, water, shelter, clothes, a caring family, etc. then essentials take on a different meaning to different people. For example, if you ask a young, healthy person what they feel essential for their life and happiness, they will probably say money, because the world is their oyster, and there is so much to have and aim for. Ask most mid-age, healthy people what they want in life, and although money is on their list, they may say that they would like to have a loving relationship, or a loving family, or better living conditions. Ask a senior person what they want in life, and they would probably say: enough money for essentials, warmth in the cold months, friends, someone to talk to, a loving family and care when necessary. Ask someone of any age who is sick, without doubt they would yearn for good health, to be without pain, to be able to walk again, to have a good night’s sleep, to be free from worry, and money? Ask a rich, fit person what their life essentials are, and they may say, more safety and security for their family and finances, better relationships with their clients and associates, that their families would be less envious of each other, more friendly and get together more, and perhaps less stress and worry. So, as you can see, you may plan for lots more holidays, better housing, a bigger and smarter car, more money, better friends, more exciting holidays, in fact everything bigger and better so, before finalising your plans for the future, consider your life essentials first, because it is they that are the most important to living a content, healthy and stimulating life. Have a long, exciting and happy life my friend.
