Body-Com: Blood.

Blood pressure is the rate at which your heart pumps blood through your veins and arteries, and for a healthy body it has to be just right. But, the rate at which your heart has to work can quite easily become either too high or too low, but how would you know?  Normal blood pressure is measured at 120/80 and if your blood pressure goes up a lot higher and is not treated, then you could be in danger of a heart attack, stroke or other serious health problems. Unfortunately, your body doesn’t always communicate very well to warn you of the blood in your body being pumped around too high, however, if you find you are getting too many headaches, shortness of breath and nosebleeds, it’s a good idea to go and get your blood pressure checked out by your GP or professional health advisor, and if you get an appointment with your Doctor, it would be quite unusual for them not to automatically take your blood pressure. Low blood pressure is easier for your body to recognise and warn you of, especially among senior individuals, some of the symptoms of low blood pressure is blurred vision, dizziness, fatigue, fainting and trouble concentrating. Suffering with these warning signs, you are more likely to seek help than with high blood pressure, even so, it’s a good idea for you, healthy or not, to apply for regular checks on your blood pressure and health in general.
