Life-Style: Positive.

Are you a positive or a negative, half empty glass or half full glass? If you are a very capable, positive person then that is great, you probably look at yourself and feel good. However, if you are a negative type, then all what you feel about yourself could get worse in time. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and a positive person will try to amend their weakness and not let their poor efforts pull them down. A positive person will look at their failed attempts and will either seek knowledge to improve or they will just accept what they cannot do and move on… If you are a negative type, you may feel that there are such a lot of things you cannot do or cannot accomplish, you may get to a point where you feel such a failure that you sink ever lower in your own self-image. A plight that could ruin your life and the life of those around you… If you want to improve your personal status, you need to stop looking down and look up. Start by writing down in a small notebook, one you can carry about with you, all the things you think you are good at, or any of your natural, good characteristics. And if you can’t think of any or many, ask a good friend or relative, what they think your good points are. Are you thoughtful, generous, helpful, are you good at artwork, are you musical? Are you good with children and/or young people? There may be so many positive things about you that you may never have thought about or considered? If someone says something like, ‘You make me laugh’ or ‘Thanks for the advice.’ Those are the type of comments you need to write in your handy notebook, so that if at some time you are feeling quite negative about yourself, that is the time to get out your notebook which should give you some uplift and a sense of positivity.
