Healing: About Healing.

I sincerely hope you enjoyed my last series on Life-Style   In this set of articles, I am going to look into the wonders of self-healing.  No matter who or what we are, we all get sick at some time or the other. Some people are born with health problems and difficulties, others succumb to problems as they age and yet other people are fortunate enough to remain relatively fit and healthy all of their lives, even so… without doubt, health problems arise from time to time even in the fittest of people. If you feel sick or suffer pain, what do you do? Are you the type that goes straight to the phone in order to contact your GP for an appointment – hoping to get your problem sorted out as soon as possible? Or, are you the type that tries to sort your problem out first, only turning to a doctor or hospital if you have no other choice?  Of course, you should seek help straight away if you have an accident, or if you find or feel some abnormal symptoms, speed then is sensible and necessary, but for everyday health problems, we all tend to rush straight to the ‘over the counter’ medicine cabinet instead of giving ourselves and our amazing bodies time to do what they were meant to do, which is to heal our problems and keep us well. So, in this series, I hope to encourage you to practice some self-healing not only on yourself but for those you care about too.
