We all need food to fuel our bodies, but problems can arise when we eat more food than we need to live. In this year of the Dragon whether we like it or not we have the dragon’s colour of green which speaks of growth, not unwanted or unnecessary growth as in us becoming obese. Here with the help of the power and stability of the dragon we are able to take control of our eating habits and balance it out with enough suitable exercise enabling us to become stable and balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
