Feng Shui: Mental Fatigue.

The art of feng shui would encourage you to find time in the day when you can relax and become aware of your breathing. Deep breathing is very calming and serves to feed your body with lots of oxygen. Drink plenty of cool water, and exercise slowly, no harsh running or lifting heavy weights, just slow down, ease off and just rest. Enjoy some gentle, soothing music, or the sounds of nature. Be gently on yourself and on your mind. Be in the ‘moment’ and just chill… Mental fatigue, or exhaustion can lead to long-lasting tiredness, sore, aching muscles, slow reflexes, and poor decision-making, one of the main reasons why I recommend knowing when to step back and take a break. You don’t necessarily have to stop caring for the family, or your work but to take a break from thinking too much. Too much planning, too much worry, too much trying to sort someone else’s life out.
