Feng Shui: Sadness.

Feng shui advice for sadness and depression is to express your feelings to a close relative or friend, you should always avoid locking away your feelings, it is not good for your mental wellbeing. We should never be afraid to be open and true to oneself. If you are grieving put your lost-soul’s items away carefully so that you are not saddened every time you see them. If you are just depressed and miserable, check your surroundings and brighten your area up with your favourite colours, fix or dispose of broken items, tidy up and get rid of unwanted stuff, open curtains, put on lights and cover large mirrors until your mood has lightened.
