Your number one priority is YOU, because if you are unwell or have an accident through doing something out of your comfort zone, then you cannot care for your family and loved ones. Practice mindfulness, peacefulness and wellness. Continue making plans so that you can fulfil all the hopes and dreams that you long for, but always remain aware of your own health and safety. Eat well, sleep well and keep your body moving. Practice being positive, by learning to say NO to people who may try to encourage you to do things that you feel are not right for you – for at the end of the day, you, your health and your mental health are a priority.
