Feng Shui: Emotions. 

Poor, emotional affects, can cause devastation to your overall wellness if they cannot be controlled. The most effective way of controlling negative emotions is by looking to natural healing, gentle exercise, healthy food, rest and relaxation, mindfulness, and by turning your concentration to things you enjoy, such as reading, listening to your favourite music, talking to empathetic friends or relations.  If your emotions are on a downward spiral, to help enhance the natural caring quality of the green, wood snake, be sure to check out your house plants and rid your home of any plants that appear weak or dying, yellowing leaves, and poor soil, as healthy plants encourage health and growth whilst poor plants create depression.   And if you want to know more about Healing: ‘Emotional Affects’, go to the: All Good News article.
