Feng Shui: Intermittent Fasting.

Intermittent Fasting. Is an eating plan that probably goes back as far as humankind itself, as, like wild animals, they would gorge whilst food was available than have to go without until the next meal came along, which could have been many hours, even days… Well-managed fasting is good for us; it gives our internal organs a rest and helps with healing and cell-renewal. Before going on a fasting diet, please be sure to do plenty of research so that you are happy with what you are taking on. Some people like to follow the 16/8 hour fast while some prefer fasting for two convenient days then eat for the other five days, but of course it’s what suits your lifestyle best. If you think feng shui can help, before starting on your five or whatever days you choose to eat, put away, out of sight all your normal size dinner plates and only use sandwich size plates, then when you do eat, you will not be tempted to overload your plate, also, you can plate up in front of a kitchen counter mirror, which psychologically ’doubles’ the amount of food you are plating, and eating of course.  And if you want to know more about ‘Intermittent Fasting’, go to the All Good News article.
