NHS Diet Plan is well worth taking a look at if you think you weigh more than you should. Excess body fat can lead to all types of health problems including diabetes, cancer and heart disease. The NHS plan suggests you set weight-loss goals, that you plan your meals, making healthier meal choices, be more active so that you burn more calories, and that you keep a record of your progress, and if you keep a diary of your meal choices, you will be able to see where you are going wrong if your weight isn’t coming down, or, you can reward yourself if the choices you are making are doing a good job. And if you think feng shui can help, it can! Once you start on your diet plan, remove or dispose of all the unhealthy snacks you have in your kitchen and fridge. Because we have to eat to live, having unhealthy snacks to view every time you open your kitchen cupboards or fridge will prompt you to eat them, therefore, if you don’t have or can’t see unhealthy choices you will not be tempted to indulge. Write down your weight goal on a card, along with the Chinese symbol for ‘feng shui’ and place it on your fridge or cupboard door.
