If you chose to ignore the thought, your mouth and tongue may become dry and sticky, if you ignore that, next time you visit the bathroom, you may find that your urine is darker in colour than normal, or may have a strong aroma. Dehydration, can cause many different symptoms, including: headaches, fatigue, constipation, heatstroke and kidney problems. So, listening to your body when it is asking for some fluid intake as it is essential to your health and wellbeing. If you decide to drink water, you are best drinking from a glass, as opposed to a plastic bottle, and make sure your tap outlet is clean as mould and mildew can build up inside the tap, the way to clean it is to use a clean toothbrush to scrub the spout, from where the water flows out. Keep drinking and well hydrated, although, keep alcohol limited.
