Feng Shui: Paleo diet.

Paleo diet follows what was believed to be the food of pre-historic humans. A hunter/gatherer diet, or food that was only available at the place and at the time. It was an eating plan that had to be adhered to by our ancestors as there was no other choice. Things didn’t change for perhaps, millions of years until people started to farm simple foodstuff which caused a revolution in food consumption. The paleo diet consists of simple food such as fish, meat, vegetables, nuts and seed, fruit and natural oils. It’s not a diet for today, as not enough research has been carried out on today’s human body, but to try it for a short period of time may help you to lose some weight. This meagre, simple diet sounds interesting and if you think feng shui could help you stick to this pattern of eating, try clearing all unwanted and unused items from your kitchen where you prepare your food, and clear the table on which you eat your food, simplicity here is the art of supporting the paleo way of eating.  And if you want to know more about ‘The Paleo Diet’, go to the All Good News article.
