Body Communication:

In this set of writings, I am going to explore the way your body talks to you… And if you can’t imagine how your body communicates through your eyes, ears and brain, just think of your body as your car. On odd occasions, you will jump into the car, turn on the ignition and what? It starts ok, good, just like you expected, but hey! Whilst on the road, do you suddenly, notice a red warning light? Do you hear an unusual rattling noise? Or a different wheel sound to the usual? Well, when you jump into your car, your car can’t suddenly turn to you and say, ‘Excuse me, but I am not feeling too good today so I have put on a red light… Or ‘Hi, I think there is something wrong with my engine as I am making a rattling sound, or perhaps ‘Good morning, I think there is a problem with one of my wheels as I am making an unusual sound.’ So yes, your car does talk to you and will give you warning signs, just like your body, but because you are in your body 24/7, unlike your car, it’s a little more difficult at times to hear what your body is saying, or perhaps you don’t listen or you may ignore your body’s warning signs so, I think it may be a good idea to look or listen a little bit more intent to what your body is trying to tell you. And like your car, where you don’t always have to call out a mechanic, you don’t always have to call a doctor or go to the hospital, you can very often put yourself right, if you have been listening… just like your car,
