Feng Shui: Diets Work, I hope you have enjoyed my articles on the different types of diet plans you can embrace if you feel your weight it going up or is already too high. If you are only a little overweight (a few lbs) I wouldn’t worry about it too much so long as you keep a check on it and be prepared to stop and take control before you are forced to consider dieting, or that your body starts to complain and become unwell. Feng shui is always to hand to help you focus on the food you eat, so that having to take to a diet shouldn’t be necessary.  However, exercising regularly, having a mirror at the back of your kitchen counter where you prepare your food is always a good idea, eat off of smaller plates, the colours black and blue are good on your table, as in napkins, etc. as these colours can make you feel fuller quicker. clear clutter from the table, then stop and pray or meditate on the food you are about to eat before picking up your knife, fork or chop-sticks.
