Feng Shui: Low Carb.  

Cutting down on carbohydrate food items is a good way of helping you to lose weight and become more active. The problem is, most of the foods we are all used to having, and the ones we enjoy most are usually full of carbs, even some fruit and root vegetables contain lots of carbs, plus, beans and pulses. So, to cut down on carbs, successfully you really have to study the chosen food that you would like to eat before buying or cooking it.  If you think feng shui can help, it does!  So, to help you cut down on your food, especially carbs, arrange to have a mirror set up on your kitchen counter in the area where you prepare your food. Mirrors reflect the food you are prepping making all your food appear to be double in size, thus helping you cut back on the food you are intending to cook and eat… Dishing up in front of a mirror will also discourage you from putting too much food on your plate.
