The portions of food to have is not its prime target for advice, it’s more or less left to you to eat good, healthy food in the amount that makes you feel comfortable after each meal and that doesn’t amount to encourage weight gain. Green, leafy vegetables and salads are recommended, with a smaller amount of root vegetables. Fruit is good but all types of berries are super-foods for your brain health. Small amounts of nuts, seeds, poultry, and oily fish are excellent and olive oil is recommended for cooking. Go easy or cut out red meat, sugary food and drinks, fatty food, cheese and whole fat dairy is sure to encourage weight gain. If you think feng shui can help, it can! Your brain is you, without proper brain function, you either lose yourself or your loved ones lose you… which is devastating to all. You are precious, and if you want to stay happy and healthy, kenep your food, like feng shui, well balanced, so that you don’t ever eat too much, try to put out smaller portions on a square plate if that helps, and as soon as you take in your first sigh, stop!
